Return Policy
At DEDC, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. This policy sets out clearly what you can return, how, and what to expect when you do.
1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all DEDC products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. No lengthy explanations required.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
• In original or like-new condition — unused or minimally used, with no significant damage caused by the customer
• In original packaging where possible (not required, but preferred)
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Digital products (downloadable guides, e-books) once accessed or downloaded
• Consumable items (parchment sheets, foam pads) that have been opened and used
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
• Custom or personalized orders

3. How to Initiate a Return
Returns are simple. Here's how to get started:
1. Contact us: Email support@dedccard.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You do not need to provide a detailed explanation — a simple note is fine.
2. Receive return instructions: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item: Package the item securely and include your RMA number on or inside the package. Ship using a trackable method to the return address provided.
4. Receive your refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 2–3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. DEDC Card Care is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds include the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, including:
• Items returned in a condition indicating significant use beyond what was required to assess the product
• Items returned without original packaging where packaging is a significant component of the product's value
• Kits where some components are missing upon return

⚠ Bank processing times vary by institution. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
6. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different configuration, or for a product of equal or lesser value, within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@dedccard.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item in eligible condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no return required in most cases.
Please contact us at support@dedccard.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion based on your preference:
• Replacement: we ship the correct or undamaged item at no cost
• Full refund: issued to your original payment method
• Store credit: issued immediately at 110% of the item value as a goodwill gesture
⚠ Do not discard damaged items or packaging until instructed. We may request the item be returned for quality control purposes, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
8. Late Returns and Exceptions
We understand that life happens. If you are outside our 30-day return window, please contact us and explain your situation. While we cannot guarantee accommodations beyond our standard policy, we review these cases individually and will do our best to find a fair resolution. Late returns may be accepted for store credit at our discretion.
9. Consumable Items
Certain items in our product range are consumable by nature and cannot be returned once opened. This includes parchment separation sheets and foam protective pads sold as standalone refill packs. If these items arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them under Section 7 above.
10. Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased at a standard sale price are eligible for return under the same terms as full-price items. Items explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.
11. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund with no fees. After 2 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, email support@dedccard.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request." We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible. If the order has already shipped, you may return it under our standard return policy once received.
