Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DEDC. We know that getting your restoration kit quickly matters — so does knowing exactly what to expect. This Shipping Policy covers everything from processing times to international customs so you can shop with confidence.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these emails within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dedccard.com.

⚠  During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, holiday season, or new product launches, processing times may extend to 3 business days. We will communicate any delays via email and on our website banner.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination. A shipping quote will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely by country. If you are unsure about applicable fees, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to failure to pay customs fees, DEDC Card Care is not responsible for the loss of the shipment or for refunding the original order.

 

5. Order Tracking

All domestic and international orders include shipment tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:

 Via the link in your shipping confirmation email

 By logging into your account at dedccard.com and visiting Order History

 Directly on the carrier website using your tracking number

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

 

6. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the qualifying threshold:

 United States: free standard shipping on all orders $50.00 USD or more

 Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea: free shipping on all orders $75.00 USD or more

Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only. Expedited and overnight options are not included. Promotional discount codes that reduce an order below the free shipping threshold will result in standard shipping fees being applied.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international) and confirmed delivery has not been recorded. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@dedccard.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Stolen Packages

DEDC Card Care is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders. If you believe your delivered package was stolen, please file a report with your local law enforcement and contact your carrier directly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the product before opening, then contact us at support@dedccard.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment or refund. Do not discard any packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

 

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DEDC Card Care is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. If you do not respond within 14 days of our contact, the order will be treated as abandoned and a store credit minus shipping costs will be issued.

 

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for these addresses. Estimated delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may be longer than standard domestic estimates.
