By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from DEDC Card Care LLC, a company registered in the United States. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to change. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund, alternative product, or back-order option.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Payment is processed at the time of order. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law based on your shipping address.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation email from us. We will fulfill orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation, subject to product availability.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is as stated on our Returns Policy page (dedccard.com/policies/refunds) and in our FAQ. In summary:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original or like-new condition
• Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• Defective or incorrectly shipped items replaced at no cost within 14 days of delivery
• Digital products and downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEDC CARD CARE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Important note regarding card restoration: DEDC Card Care products are tools to assist in card restoration. Results depend on the card’s condition, the user’s technique, and numerous other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific grading outcomes or value increases. Use of our products is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damage to cards resulting from misuse of our tools.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of DEDC Card Care LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
The DEDC name, logo, and product names are trademarks of DEDC Card Care LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:
