1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DEDC Card, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

 

2. Service

DEDC Card provides trading card scanning, AI grading, collection management, card gallery browsing, market price lookup, account sync, and Pro subscription features. Some features may require an account or paid subscription.

 

3. Account

You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities under your account.

 

4. User Content

You may upload card photos, avatar images, nicknames, collection records, and other data related to app features. You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and authorize us to process it to provide the service.

You may not upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, explicit, hateful, harassing, or privacy-invading content.

 

5. AI Grading and Price Information

AI grading, card recognition, and price information are provided for reference only. They are not professional authentication, investment advice, trading advice, or financial advice. Actual card value may vary based on condition, market demand, platform, buyer preference, and other factors.

 

6. Pro Subscription

DEDC Card Pro may unlock more grading access, expanded collection features, Pro favorites, and price lookup. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the applicable app store. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing issues are governed by Google Play or the applicable app store policies.

Specific Pro benefits, prices, auto-renewal, cancellation, restore purchases, refunds, and quota rules are governed by the DEDC Card Membership Terms and the Google Play checkout page. Deleting a DEDC Card account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Users must manage or cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

- Reverse engineer, crack, or bypass subscription or security mechanisms;

- Abuse APIs, scrape automatically, or disrupt the service;

- Upload malware or illegal content;

- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;

- Use the app for fraud, misleading transactions, or unlawful purposes.

 

8. Intellectual Property

The DEDC Card software, interface, design, trademarks, text, and service content are owned by the developer or relevant rights holders. Card names, trademarks, and images may belong to their respective owners. DEDC Card is not necessarily affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.

 

9. Third-Party Trademarks and Game Logos

The names, logos, trademarks, card images, and related marks of Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other trading card games may appear in the app only to help users identify the relevant game, card set, or market information. All such trademarks, copyrights, and brand assets are owned by their respective rights holders.

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, DEDC Card is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or commercially partnered with The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, or any other trading card game rights holder.

 

10. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI grading, recognition, price information, or third-party data will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

 

13. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to the service. You may also stop using the service by deleting your account in the app.
